Ceiling cassette aircon: cleaning and maintenance

Updated

Ceiling cassette units serve larger rooms and commercial spaces. Their filters, coil and drainage system need attention suited to usage and site conditions.

Signs to discuss with a technician

What you can do safely

Follow the manufacturer's filter-care instructions and switch off the unit before permitted routine cleaning. Do not climb to unsafe heights or dismantle electrical, drainage or refrigerant components yourself.

When deeper cleaning may help

A technician can inspect build-up and access conditions and recommend an appropriate scope. Chemical cleaning is not a cure for every fault; drainage, electrical and refrigerant problems may require separate repairs.

Our advertised cassette chemical-cleaning price is S$280 per unit, subject to condition and confirmed scope. See pricing notes.
